Why Mobility Matters
As we age, it’s common to feel stiffer, less flexible, and more cautious with movement. But mobility is the key to staying independent, active, and pain-free. Good mobility helps you move with confidence, reduce your risk of falls, and maintain strength for everyday life – whether that’s getting up from a chair, bending down to tie your shoes, or simply enjoying a walk without discomfort.
That’s where our “Mobility Matters” workshop comes in.
Designed for all ability levels, this 60-minute session will help you:
