The Setback: A Life-Changing Car Accident
Four years ago, Julie’s life took an unexpected turn when she was involved in a devastating car crash. She suffered ten broken bones and spent nine weeks unable to walk.
Despite returning to work at her nursery school, she found herself struggling with extreme fatigue, unable to keep up with daily activities.
“A lot of the time I was coming home, my daughter would make dinner while I sat watching TV with a glass of Prosecco. And that was becoming every night.”
Realising she needed to take control of her health, Julie decided it was time for a change.
